Kenya Utalii College
Kenya Utalii College (KUC) is a leading African hospitality and tourism training institution. Founded in 1975 by SDC (Swiss Development Cooperation), the College has trained over 60,000 graduates from around the world who continue to serve in the local and international hospitality and tourism industry.
KUC is among the three African members of EUHOFA (International Association of Hotel Schools), which is a prestigious association made up of directors and deans of hospitality colleges and universities who work continuously to ensure the highest quality of education in their institutes. Students trained by KUC are among the best managers and operators in the tourism industry.
In April 2018 Fondazione Italia Uganda Onlus, Emmaus Foundation Ltd and KUC signed a letter of intents that regulates the collaboration among the three parties for the feasibility study of the Vocational Training Institute and School of Hospitality Training which includes the curricula, the business plan and the management contract.
