Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore

Fondazione Italia Uganda Onlus and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore are partners as far as the UCSC Charity Work Program is concerned. It is an international voluntary program activated in 2009 by the Centro di Solidarietà Internazionale (CeSI) of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Thank to this program 274 scholarship have been promoted so far, addressed to all the students of the University.
The scholarships totally or partially cover the costs of visa, accommodation, insurance, flights and they offer the possibility to live an international voluntary experience in different organization all over the world, according to the partnership of the Università Cattolica.

Fondazione Italia Uganda Onlus activated the UCSC Charity Work Program in the Benedict Medical Centre in 2009. Indeed, the BMC clinic has received Medicine students of the Università Cattolica of Rome who supported the doctors.
In August 2017 the Charity Work Program has started also in the Bishop Cipriano Kihangire Nursery and Primary School. Thank to the voluntary program students from Education Sciences can support the teachers during curricular and extracurricular activities
